LAKE HOME RENTALS
Our rental homes are all nearby and rent by the night with a 2 night minimum, or by the week or month. Monthly rates are available by special quote depending on the period requested.
All of our rental homes are recently redecorated and within a short distance of the HALFWAY INN. Use of the boat slip in our covered boat dock is available. Launching is done for a nominal cost at Johnson Bros. Marina which is nearby. All of our homes have a satellite or cable tv with premium channels, and all have central heating and air. The HALFWAY INN is that famous or infamous bar and restaraunt where it's partners can partake in the time honored tradition of doing a "Minnow Shot" where the tradition originated. It's reputation for being the place to go on the Lake of the Ozarks for fun and good food is known far and wide.
All rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit by cash, money order, signed credit card, or check at the time of check in.
All units require a $200.00 refundable security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 10 business days following departure if no damage is done to the unit and no excess cleaning is required as a result of occupancy.
All rentals require an additional 1 time $30.00 cleaning fee.
No units will be rented to anyone where the primary renter is under the age of 25. Management reserves the right to refuse rent to anyone. Please click on the pictures above to view the units.
